Job Overview

Are you an expert at bridging the gap between complex data technologies and high-impact business solutions? Do you have a passion for helping clients unlock the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern data platforms?

As the Client Solutions and Delivery Lead for Data and AI (VP), you will act as a strategic, client-facing product and delivery leader. In this role, you will combine deep financial services industry knowledge with product expertise in Snowflake, AI, and API-first solutions. You will guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, design and deliver cutting-edge financial platform products, and actively support the sales lifecycle through compelling technical demonstrations and pre-sales advisory.

Responsibilities:

1. Client-Facing Solutions & Delivery

• Client Advisory: Serve as the primary solutions and product authority for clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable Data and AI solutions.

• Relationship Management: Utilize advanced communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and build consensus with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.

• Value Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of client solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with ambitious business objectives.

2. Sales Support & Client Demos

• Technical Demos: Design, build, and deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations showcasing Snowflake, AI, and API capabilities to prospective and existing clients.

• Pre-Sales Advisory: Partner with sales, account management, and business development teams to provide technical pre-sales support, scoping client requirements, and defining solutions.

• Proposal Development: Contribute technical and product expertise to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and client-facing pitch decks.

3. Data & AI Platform Leadership (Snowflake & AI Focus)

• Data Cloud Strategy: Define and deliver modern data solutions leveraging Snowflake to enable real-time analytics, secure data sharing, and robust data governance.

• AI Integration: Drive the productization of AI and Machine Learning capabilities, helping clients integrate predictive models and generative AI features into their core workflows.

• Platform Roadmap: Contribute to the overall vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap of our digital data and AI platform from a client lens.

• API-First Design: Champion an API-first approach leveraging self service tools for optimized client onboarding

• Technical Translation: Work closely with Product Managers and engineers to help translate client requirements into technical solutions.

• Trade-off Optimization: Make critical technical and business trade-offs to optimize time-to-market.

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management focused on client solutions and delivery, pre-sales engineering, and technology delivery within the Financial Services sector.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Client-Facing & Demo Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships, leading discovery sessions, and presenting complex data solutions or live product demonstrations to senior business and technical audiences.

• Sales Enablement: Experience supporting the sales lifecycle, including scoping client environments, answering RFPs, and collaborating with sales teams.

• Snowflake Expertise: Proven experience designing, implementing, or managing data solutions built on the Snowflake Data Cloud.

• AI & Advanced Analytics: Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML initiatives, data science products, or cognitive computing solutions.

• API-First Experience: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and developer-centric platform design.

• Engineering Collaboration: Extensive experience working directly with engineers and developers to understand technical feasibility and translate customer needs into specifications.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$157,040.00 - $235,560.00
