Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is responsible to align and oversee risk management across the organization and drives execution of enterprise program.  ERM operating model ensures consistent identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of risk across individual risk categories and in aggregate. KRI Team within Enterprise Risk Management function is responsible for design of the Key Risk Indicator framework and engagement across Business, Risk and Technology to drive effective execution of enterprise KRI inventory and it’s linkages for day to day risk management. 
The SVP Enterprise Risk Management will work to design and implementation of Citi’s key risk indicator framework.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Enhance and maintain enterprise key risk indicator framework to ensure consistent and comprehensive approach for risk measurement and monitoring practices across all risk categories
  • Lead and coordinate development of key risk indicator inventory and periodic refresh
  • Provide requirements for development of dashboard and technology tools
  • Lead internal stakeholder engagement for training, awareness, and execution expectations for use of KRIs within day today risk management
  • Advise on operating model changes to support KRI framework
  • Monitor progress and resolve challenges associated with execution goals
  • Gain strong understanding of Citi’s regulatory commitments and internal risk management frameworks
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations for senior management
  • Contribute towards a larger goal of a fully integrated enterprise risk management framework
  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond the scope of formal projects
  • Establish and leverage cross-functional partnerships and network with key internal constituencies

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Financial Services, experience associated with risk metrics, indicators will be a plus
  • Understands financial services businesses and operating model
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytic skills coupled with financial acumen. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency
  • Able to translate data and metrics from across different constituencies in order to create clear and concise executive presentation materials.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks.
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimize results.
  • Franchise player; broad, critical thinker, self-motivated; comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret. Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.
