In this role, you’re expected to:

• Metrics, Data, Excel, Advance Excel, Analytics, reports, Dashboards, database management.
• Data Analysis: Data interpretation, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, statistical analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, data modeling.
• Data Handling & Management: Data extraction, data manipulation, data cleansing, data validation, data integrity, database management
• Reporting & Visualization: Report generation, dashboard creation, data visualization, executive summaries, performance reporting, ad-hoc reporting, financial reporting, operational reporting.
• Tools & Technologies: Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Xlookup, HLOOKUP, Power pivot, pivot tables, macros, VBA), SQL (basic to intermediate), business intelligence (BI) tools,  Tableau, Power BI , data warehousing concepts.
• Skills & Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking, communication (written and verbal), presentation skills, time management, organizational skills, business acumen.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, metric tracking, performance measurement, data-driven insights.
• Ensure production of accurate and standardized reporting with key insights
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement relating to reporting deliverables
• Assist with Ad hoc data and reporting requests from seniors/peers within SMB KYC Quality function
• Maintain dashboards and on demand reporting to leadership team
• Prepare presentations for senior-management that appropriately communicate data-driven results to executives
• Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
• Representation in various local / regional forums, as required
• Responsible for various aspects of risk and control, include but are not limited to Information Security, Continuation of Business and Records Management
• Conduct analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with peers and management to report findings with solutions to mitigate risk/control issues
• Provide support to business managers and product staff
• Partner with peers and management on various activities, including developing and executing business plans within area of responsibility, developing compliance guidelines and completing monthly, quarterly, and other periodic risk & control reporting to be used for various forums
• Interface with internal and external teams to provide guidance and subject matter expertise, as needed
• Interface with Internal Audit (IA) and external audit to provide input on situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi
• Oversee situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s/University degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting and presentation.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong Stakeholder management experience.
• Intermediate to advance MS Excel and PPT/presentation skills.
