Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the Latin America Private Bank across6offices and 5 bookingcenters, and driving the execution against our strategy,goalsandobjectiveswithin a strong control environment. This role serves as chair of the Citi Private BankRegionalAdvisory Board.

• Partner across the broader firm and Wealth’s regional and product heads to deliver responsible revenue growth,profitabilityand momentum for the Private Bank.

• Oversee operations to insure production efficiency,appropriate controls, quality,serviceand cost-effective management of resources

• Drive strategy and necessary culture change to achieve the Wealth Strategy

• Ensure that the businessoperatesin accordance withapplicable regulations and Citi policies

• Implement procedures and practices to manage operational risk and minimize operational losses

• Represent the Latin America Private Bank atappropriate legislativesessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions

• Promote the Citi Private Bank to local, regional,nationaland international constituencies

• Direct Citi Private Bank planning and policy making committees

• Ensures that the Leadership Team model and build a culture of internal excellence at all levels, influencing through their positive leadershipbehaviors, the conversion of people and culture strategies, into reality.

• Provides the mandate and executive leadership for management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.

• The Head of Latin America will report to theHead of Wealthandis a member of the Wealth andCiti Latin America Senior Leadership Teams

Qualifications:

• Senior business leader, with a proventrack recordin leading operating businesses in large organizations, relationshipbuildingand people management

• Proven execution skills in prior assignments

• Strong understanding CPB products and deep knowledge of Citi network

• Licensing requirements:  Series 7, 66 and 24
