What you'll do
As a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will own the analysis and project management for key technology initiatives benefiting the Cash Equities, Delta 1, and Derivatives businesses.

Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives.
Business Analysis & Delivery:
Partner with the business to drive technology governance and define clear, documented functional requirements to Citi standards.

Assist and support the user community with change management, ensuring release contents are understood by producing clear release notes and overseeing test case creation.
Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
