Job Overview

By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.

Team/Role Overview

Citi Services includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of Liquidity, Payments, Cards, and Trade/Working Capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations, and increasingly, mid-sized corporate clients.

Platforms and Data Services within Citi Services offer digital solutions to clients that are critical for running their business. CitiManager is a global platform used by Citi clients across web and mobile to manage their corporate cards and card programs.

The Senior Vice President of Digital Product Management will be responsible for developing CitiManager's platform vision and strategy while executing and delivering products, features, and experiences to clients. The role requires close collaboration with business, client, regional partner, design, and technology teams to understand client needs and translate them into platform solutions driving industry-leading and innovative experiences, including those powered by AI.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and go-to-market strategy to maximize the benefit of each product.
  • Create industry-leading data visualization and reporting experiences for clients, leveraging the latest technologies — such as AI — to deliver innovative ways for users to interact with data.
  • Drive the product vision and roadmap of the CitiManager Mobile app, through which customers can manage their corporate cards, make payments, and conduct self-service activities.
  • Supervise day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies; additionally, help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  • Work closely with partner teams such as Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Service to develop and execute the product strategy and projects leveraging Agile methodologies.
  • Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
  • Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting the job family or function within a region or business.
  • Manage client and competitor market research, develop a product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental challenges of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a business plan and product strategy to senior management and partner teams to secure buy-in and investment approval.
  • Lead innovation by collaborating with Engineering and staying abreast of the latest digital technologies in the Finance and Technology industry.
  • Appropriately assess risk in business decision-making, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

What we’ll need from you

  • Broad and diverse functional experience with digital products in payments, cards, liquidity, fintech or technology companies with product development, and data analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and reprioritize quickly in response to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented, and agile environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, specialized analytics, or a related discipline, Master's degree is preferred.
