Job Overview

The Customer Service Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in customer related activities and documentation, providing resolutions in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective is to deal with customer`s documentation, to perform moderately complex tasks, and provide ongoing customer service support.

Responsibilities:

• Customers’ documentation acceptance, registration and further distribution internally
• Preparation of customer notifications and audit certificates based on requests
• Signature verification and authority check on customer documentation according to internal procedures
• Ensure preparation of the correct duplicates of account statements, payment orders and other documents timely based on customer request
• Preparation of information on different charges to be withdrawn from customers
• Distribution of customers’ documents by regular post and courier services
• Receiving and registering of customer instructions, reconciliation process  
• Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking and in customer service is a plus
• Communicative English language skills 
• Proven investigative, analytical and risk management skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on building client relationship and achieving quality results
• Demonstrated ability to present concepts and influence/lead change

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
