- Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of structured, detail-oriented work in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use standard tools to manage, track, and report on operational tasks.
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Competence in handling escalated or urgent cases with composure, managing expectations professionally and resolving issues in a structured and timely manner.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, or cash product operations within a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with account onboarding processes or client data administration within a banking or financial institution.
- Prior exposure to client interaction or internal stakeholder management within an operational or administrative setting.
