Job Overview
The Digital Product Owner is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage CIO content distribution to digital platforms, driving digital transactions and enhancing customer engagement.
Lead public website enhancements and maintenance, ensuring Citi branding, GEO compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.
Drive AI and AI initiatives to improve product capabilities, personalize customer journeys, and optimize digital solutions.
Develop and implement digital product features for new and existing customers, leveraging AI where impactful.
Enhance customer experience through testing, personalization, and automation of customer journeys, with a focus on AI-powered strategies.
Manage small to medium-scale digital projects from inception to delivery, including those with AI components.
Provide guidance on best practices and emerging market trends, particularly in AI and digital innovation, to product and partner teams.
Track and manage production issues, including those related to AI systems, collaborating with technology teams for timely resolution.
Contribute to monthly releases and perform business sanity testing, validating AI features and digital functionalities.
Deliver comprehensive digital programs and functionalities, incorporating AI-enabled solutions.
Generate consistent and uniform reporting outputs, utilizing AI-driven insights for optimization and providing valuable MIS to stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver key digital projects, focusing on AI integration and strategic initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including those involved in AI development and governance.
Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, especially concerning AI ethics and responsible AI development.
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Excellent numerical/analytical capability
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to think strategically and then execute upon that design
Proven ability to plan and coordinate
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
