Your time here will look something like this...

  • As a Graduate you will go through a lengthy interview process. If successful, you will be placed in Finance which role entails providing support to the various Country Finance financial and regulatory reporting and control aspects and having a good understanding of accounting standards in order to support financials preparation, analysis and review.

Citi Finance is comprised of various disciplines including Controller, Treasury, Tax, Balancesheet Substantiation, Financial Planning & Analysis. 

You will get exposure to the below:

  • Local Regulatory Reporting to the Prudential Authority and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange

  • Internal reporting and management packs

  • Tax Reporting (Income tax and VAT)

  • Financial Planning and Analysis, forecasting and Analytical Insight

  • Capital and liquidity planning and Monitoring

  • Support US Reporting

  • Supporting in ensuring effective controls and quality checks to adhere to Citi policies

  • Supporting business stakeholders with analytical insights and financial data

  • Project involvement and coordination to improve data quality to ensure integrity of financial results

  • Team work and effective cross functional communication

  • Virtual team collaboration with finance production and support teams in Budapest, India, Poland and Dubai

We want to hear from you if...

  • You have obtained your undergraduate with a GPA 65% & above or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably degrees in BCom Accounting or Business Science degrees

  • Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required

  • You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
