  • Client & Account Data Ownership:Take senior, enterprise-wide ownership of core client and account operational data, including client profiles, account structures, entitlements, KYC/AML data, and associated reference data across the wealth management ecosystem.
  • Resilient Architecture at Scale:Set the enterprise architectural standards for the client and account data domain. Champion and enforce a design philosophy centered on resiliency, fault tolerance, high availability, and automated recovery. Ensure all platforms are built to withstand the demands of a global, systemically important financial institution.
  • Workflow Platform Strategy:Own the strategic direction and execution for enterprise workflow solutions that orchestrate client onboarding, account maintenance, and servicing processes. Drive the evolution of these platforms to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, and client experience.
  • Talent Development & Culture:Act as a senior sponsor for talent across the organization. Build, mentor, and develop a pipeline of strong engineering and architecture talent. Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance:Set and enforce the enterprise standards for data quality, integrity, and governance across the client and account data domain. Ensure all practices adhere to Citi's regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Operational Excellence & Measurement:Define and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform health, including system uptime, data freshness, workflow SLAs, and API performance. Drive a culture of proactive monitoring and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the senior technology representative for client and account data platforms at the executive level. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and Managing Director-level business and technology leaders. Influence the broader technology investment agenda.

Qualifications:
