Job Overview

This opportunity is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis effort to deliver critical projects
• Requirements gathering to Citi standards
• Management of project deliveries – business, tech mandatory and regulatory, as assigned
• Chairing and driving status meetings, SCRUMS, and other meetings as needed
• Resolve day-to-day project issues and conflicting workload priorities
• Reporting on project statuses, next steps and issues / risks to stakeholders and sponsors
• Assisting and supporting user community with change management
• Overseeing production of test cases
• Ensuring release contents understood by the business, including producing release notes
• Tracking release cycles

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience: 
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Significant Business Analysis / Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment). 
  • Proven delivery record of multiple projects involving process change and technology enhancements. 
  • Equities front office experience, particularly in the Delta 1 (Equities Swap) and Cash Equities Low/High Touch is preferred
  • Understanding of IOI’s and Trade Advertisements is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Pre-trade , Compliance & Regulatory  controls
  • Understanding of regulatory constraints and experience in delivering regulatory projects is extremely desirable
  • Exposure to Agile project management is preferred

  • Ability to handle complex projects independently
  • Problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of the key functions and processes of Delta 1 and Cash business
  • Self-motivation and prioritization of tasks and actions to hit deadlines according to business priorities
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach
  • Good attention to detail and relevant product knowledge

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
