Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Group Manager for its Jacksonville, Florida location.

Duties: Manage and support the Actimize application environmental and performance issues and business questions. Provide technical leadership and vendor management for the Actimize application. Develop and advocate for new solutions for application needs including areas such as system monitoring, system performance, system stability and system functionality. Impact the application engineering function by contributing to technical architecture direction and strategic decisions. Assess and Address risk within application and manage efforts to address Safety and Soundness support in areas such as Common Vulnerabilities (CVMs), Continuity of Business (COB) Testing, Vulnerability testing, application patching and all policies/standards. Manage the application team members, mentor junior team members, allocate work and drive knowledge sharing sessions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Associate Consultant, Senior Solutions Architect or related position working with Actimize Intelligence Server/ActOne. 10 years of experience must include: Planning and executing Actimize (AIS/ActOne) Product Upgrade, Actimize IFM Solutions upgrade, Production Code Deployment, and providing technical support for infrastructure upgrades in Oracle Databases, Linux OS, and Websphere application Servers; Triaging production application issues and performance test defects and proposing tuning configuration recommendations and application stability measures; Reviewing application architecture and improving application monitoring, performance stability and functionality; Analyzing vulnerability assessment test defects and common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs) findings; and Splunk, AppD, Jenkins/RLM, BitBucket, Apache Solr, Apache MQ. 1 year of experience must include: Implementing Actimize IFM customizations, preparing technical design documents, Hardware Sizing calculation, Detailed Application Health Check, Architecture support for migrations, provide roadmap with detailed plan.
