Job Overview
Financial Systems and Process Lead will be responsible for improving reporting processes and overall change management related to business and finance initiatives. This role will perform impact analysis ensure business readiness and interface with Business Analytics, LFOs and Finance functions. Additionally, this role will improve Wealth financial systems and processes that support the LFO and business reporting to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Candidates should have strong data analysis skills along with depth of experience in senior level communication (power point) in additional to the ability to multitask and execute in a dynamic environment. Experience with Wealth data systems and products is preferred. Depth of experience with data concepts, accounting, AI and transformation initiatives is required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Wealth Controller and Wealth CFO and other senior management with insight and analyses on data, technology and key financial statement drivers.
- Contribute to the quality and completeness of the Control Framework to ensure accuracy and soundness for all Wealth metrics and management reporting systems
- Ownership for process and systems improvements and change management interfacing with the Business
- Help drive continuous improvements in efficiency, timeliness, and quality of information supporting the LFO and Business
- Partner with various global functional teams to deep dive and analyze complex topics such as funds transfer pricing, liquidity premium and RWA.
- Serve as back up to the Wealth business product lead on critical initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience focused on data, systems, and financial reporting.
- Experience with RWA, Liquidity, and Transfer Pricing concepts
- Accounting knowledge and experience with banking products.
- Strong leadership skills
- Sound judgment to make decisions based on thoughtful and balanced analysis of highly complex issues.
- Sense of urgency in implementing processes and controls and evaluating priorities; decisive, action-oriented and practical.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding time frames
- Demonstrated capability of driving change in process, technology and data remediation
- Flexibility to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines.
- Outstanding presentation, and communication skills including power point
- Ability to develop effective and productive working relationships with a wide range of groups across Citi as well as external auditors and regulators.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Digital savvy
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- CPA preferred but not required

$144 480,00 - $216 720,00
