The Department

Developer Enablement is a function of the CTO organization. Our mission is to make it easy and enjoyable for software engineering teams to go from a business idea to delivering an innovative product solution. The main goals are to improve and upgrade our tools, streamline our processes, automate and strengthen our controls, and help development teams adopt modern working methods.

The Role

Software Engineers are critical to building the products and services we need to deliver innovative tooling within our department. Joining us a Software Engineer working in Gen AI you will have the opportunity to build high-profile products, work closely with a talented group of peers and have the room to build and improve your own skillset. We believe that our Engineers should be a part of all steps of our product from idea to execution and you will be a key part along every step of that journey. You will also work with Generative AI technologies, such as GPT-5 or Gemini, embedding their capabilities in our systems.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll need to demonstrate a deep understanding of user needs and contributing to the overall product vision. Technologies that will make a candidate successful include Python, TypeScript, React, Mongo and Generative AI features requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test software applications
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that the software is developed and delivered on time and within budget
• Develop high quality software and great user experiences
• Stay up to date on the latest software development trends and technologies
• Utilize Python for scripting, automation, machine learning integration, and API development
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Experience:

• Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in product teams
• Experience delivering Python and GenAI products into production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and tuning methods
• Experience building RAG systems, including hybrid search and multi-vector retrieval
• Experience working in an agile software development environment
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for APIs and ML models.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with NodeJs and React
• Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest and Playwright

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$84 580,00 - $118 020,00
