Job Overview
The U.S. Consumer Cards organization delivers a wide array of credit card services to individual consumers, small businesses, and co-brand and retail partners. The U.S. Consumer Cards Media team is comprised of product and channel marketers who are responsible for driving growth while transforming our digital marketing capabilities to shift the quality and mix of digitally sourced accounts. This includes profitably acquiring new accounts, managing key acquisitions channels, bringing new and refreshed products to market, partnering on through-the-line campaigns, testing new tactics, and driving marketing innovation.
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Media Tagging Manager to serve as the Paid Search team's subject matter expert for tracking, tagging, conversion measurement, and pixel governance. This individual will own the end-to-end implementation, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital marketing tags and measurement solutions across Googleand Microsoft Advertising ecosystems.
The successful candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SA360 Floodlight implementation, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Advertising UET tagging, and enterprise tag management systems such as Tealium, Ensighten, and Adobe. Working closely with Paid Search, AdTech, Analytics, Measurement, Technology, and Marketing Controls teams, this role will ensure accurate measurement, attribution, reporting, and compliance across all paid search initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Paid Search team's subject matter expert and primary owner of tracking, tagging, conversion measurement, and pixel governance.
Configure, implement, and maintain tracking solutions across SA360, CM360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, including Floodlight activities, Floodlight variables, conversion tags, UET tags, UTM parameters, and click tracking frameworks.
Partner with AdTech, Technology, Analytics, Measurement, Data Governance, and Marketing Controls teams to deploy and manage tags through enterprise tag management systems, including Tealium, Ensighten, and Adobe.
Develop and enforce tagging standards, measurement frameworks, governance processes, implementation documentation, and QA procedures to ensure accurate and scalable tracking.
Lead end-to-end QA, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking implementations across websites, landing pages, and digital properties, utilizing debugging and validation tools to identify and resolve issues.
Investigate and resolve tagging, attribution, and reporting discrepancies across media platforms, Floodlight reporting, analytics tools, and internal reporting systems.
Maintain tracking inventories, implementation guides, playbooks, SOPs, and QA documentation to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Establish best practices for conversion tracking, attribution, audience creation, and campaign measurement while ensuring adherence to privacy, legal, risk, and marketing control requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate measurement, QA, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
Provide technical leadership and consultation for new technology implementations, website enhancements, measurement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology, ad operations, measurement implementation, tagging, tracking, or marketing technology.
Hands-on experience with SA360 Floodlight, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Advertising UET tags, and enterprise tag management systems such as Tealium, Ensighten, and Adobe.
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, pixel implementation, QA, troubleshooting tracking discrepancies, and digital measurement frameworks.
Technical understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript-based tagging, cookies, URL parameters, event tracking, and data layer implementations.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and consent and privacy management platform.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale measurement, attribution, and tag governance programs, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Google Marketing Platform certifications are a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Media, AdTech, Analytics, Measurement, Technology, Data Governance, and Marketing Controls teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree required

$87,360.00 - $131,040.00
