Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Responsible for defining the data ontology for the End User Services organization, which will be the catalyst for defining a full entity relationship model complete with full data attribute descriptions, system of record, observability standards, usage agreements, and reconciliation with inventory systems. Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, processes, and practices. Determine requirements for and prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles, policies, processes, and practices as needed. Develop an approach for measuring adoption of principles, policies, processes, and practices. Prepare executive level reporting and other regulator-required updates. Act as a change agent and collaborator, partnering with Line of Business, Global Functions, and Chief Data Office team to establish enterprise-wide data governance programs for process mapping, modeling, and line departmental policies and practices. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Utilizing Elastic (“ELK”), a stack which consists of Elastic-search, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash to provide User Experience Information, Location and Employee Tracking, and Asset Tracking; Using Magic Draw as an enterprise modeling standard for performing class modeling in Unified Modeling Language (“UML”); Using Collibra to find relevant data and review data lineage based on business terminology and logical data elements and work as a data marketplace, with data access requests and approvals and allow for tagging and rating data sources to connect business terms and tags to data assets; Using Application and Infrastructure Inventory Management Systems (“AIMS”) to provide an accurate and properly managed inventory of critical IT infra and application entitlements; Coordinating Data Quality Platform (“DQP”) to support end -to-end data quality standard operating model; and Using backend technologies including SQL, scripting languages including Windows Batch, PowerShell, and Python and code repository tools including Bitbucket and Github to conduct code scheduling and work on executions platforms including Autosys. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in an above stated field of study and three (3) years of experience.
