Engineering Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Work with an enterprise-wide collaboration service platform (Jira) and SaaS-based source code. Provide Subject-Matter Expertise to Citi’s developer community from an operational service perspective. Set customer expectations while troubleshooting technical issues and reducing recurring issues using root-cause analysis. Proactively monitor infrastructure reliability. Upgrade existing products and underlying technology infrastructure along with other Citi Engineering partners at the enterprise level. Adopt new technologies that give a competitive advantage to Citigroup developers and identify automation opportunities while implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience. Handle infrastructure-level risk and compliance issues as per Citi guidelines. Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure allocation of quality vendor resources. Review current technologies, tools, and services and make recommendations for use based on security/compliance, financial, and operational criteria. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation analyzing and evaluating complex business processes and systems within the financial services industry. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Providing technical support and subject matter expertise for globally distributed and complex service platforms, including SCM (Git Source Code Management), Continuous Integration (Jenkins), and Continuous Deployment (Harness) tools; Administering and engineering aspects of Collaborative Services including Confluence, Jira, StackOverflow enterprise applications, and AI technologies; Integrating solutions into existing infrastructure, and developing and deploying solutions that meet business and technical requirements; Analyzing technical needs, documenting requirements, and designing and implementing technical solutions for DevOps Automation; Monitoring service efficiency using service observability tools; Building observability framework for SaaS services to perform end-to-end monitoring over Enterprise internal network, Internet, and Service Provider network; Driving enterprise-scale migration from on-premises to Cloud Services; and Supporting large-scale onboarding and adoption of new developer services including Generative AI offerings.  40 hrs./wk.
