Job Overview

We are looking for Java Application Developer to design, develop, and test application modules in Java. Java and IBM OpenPages are used for internal audit systems as a tool for audit lifecycle activities. The candidate should be independent in the design and development of business modules using Java and related components. The role demands an understanding of standard development practices and implementation strategies. This role involves working as a part of distributed teams and demands writing, communication, time-management skills along with good technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test audit functionalities with Java
• Collaborate with team members in the implementation of solutions
• Communicate with business and technology stakeholders
• Work in a Scrum team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in implementing solutions
• Full stack Java (J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices/REST API), Containerization (ECS, Docker/Kubernetes) with React JS or Angular JS.
• 2+ years’ experience in Java (required)
• Participate in customer meetings and technical planning discussions

Preferences:
Familiarity with standard SDLC and Agile processes

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field; or equivalent experience required

$84,580.00 - $118,020.00
