Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Responsible for developing Application Programming Interfaces using REST for automated solutions and policy creation. Work on independent projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle.  Use of JIRA and other project management tools to track and report project status.  Integrate solutions with tools like PingFederate, PingAccess, PlainId and Siteminder for authentication purposes. Build and deploy solutions using GitHub. Maintain and supporting the team's Automation servers. Provide technical expertise during code reviews for other developers. Create queries using Structured Query Language for pulling reports from databases. Extensive knowledge of Maven to build applications and deploy on IBM Websphere as needed. Manage tasks and deliverables using JIRA for project reporting purposes. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Developer, JAVA Developer, Systems Engineer or related position performing cloud deployment of APIs across the entire SDLC. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the listed fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the listed positions. Full span of experience must include: Cyber Security; Developing APIs for banking and financial services applications; Developing end to end automation solutions for Identity and Access Management applications; Developing automation processes for Policy Based Access Control (PlainID) applications; and Developing automation processes for Ping Federation applications. Additionally, 3 years of experience must include: JAVA, Springboot, Hibernate, Cloud deployments, Maven, Jira, IBM Websphere, GITHub, SQL. Applicants submit resumes at https://jobs.citi.com/.
