As the Head of FI Sales, covering theJANAcluster,you will drive strategic growth and development of a critical global businesswithin Services. This end-to-end leadership role encompasses defining segment strategy andoptimizingcountry performance fortheFinancial Institutions (FIs)segment. You willbe responsible fordelivering integrated solutions, including Payments, Receivables, Commercial Cards, Trade, and other Cash Management solutions, with a significant focus on liquidity.

Clients will includeInsurance companies, Asset Managers, FinTech firms, Payment Intermediaries, Banks, and Broker-Dealers.

This role willfacilitatea deep understandingof global payment flows, clearing mechanisms, foreign exchange markets, trade flows, and the broaderServicessolutionset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower theJANASales team to achieveClusterrevenue and return targets, driving sales origination, revenue realization, and client retention in partnership with Corporate Bank FIG and product partners.

  • Execute the global FI-Servicesstrategy within theJANACluster, prioritizing keyobjectivesfor maximum impact.

  • Achieve revenue and wallet share growth by meticulously executing account plans for strategic client segments (Acquire/Double Down/Defend).

  • Collaborate with Global Segment leads to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and product strategies thatincreasemarket share anddeepenclient penetration.

  • Implement robust sales management processes,leveragingkey metrics and sales tools such as CRM, Sales Dashboards, andCSIP/C@R.

  • Partner with Global Segment leads andClusterproduct teams to ensure competitive product offerings in terms of service, functionality, and pricing.

  • Align annual financial plans with product partners, linking them directly to key drivers andclientopportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement in client experience (CX) by managing Voice of Customer (VoC) results and collaborating with the Global Client Success Head onClusterinitiatives.

  • Proactivelymonitorand manage client portfolio riskand compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and trade credit, ensuringtimelyescalation of issues;chairClusterCBOC/PIOC meetings.

Expected Outcomes (First 12 Months)

  • AchieveClusterrevenue targets andposition the business forsustained YoY growth and toptier market position.

Qualifications

  • Extensive and progressive experience in senior sales or product leadership roles, specifically within Financial Institutions.

  • Deepknowledge of Cash Management & Trade productsand extensive experience managing and growing relationships with Financial Institution clients.

  • Ability toestablishand maintain senior client relationships

  • Ability tooperatein a complex matrix environment.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, influence, develop high-performing teamsand deliver results.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsand a proven ability to navigate and thrive within a complex, matrixed organizational environment.

  • Superior analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
