Job Overview

The Business Execution Lead is aleadership position reporting to the Head of EOSS Business Execution. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the overall governance and administrative activities for Enterprise Operations Shared Services (EOSS), with a primary focus on supporting the Heads of EOSS and Business Execution in the successful oversight and execution of key routines related to Citi's Fraud Oversight Committee (CFOC). Beyond fraud governance, this role will provide business execution support to the broader EOSS Business Execution team, driving the overall agenda and strategy of the organization through streamlining routines, materials, and content.  Business execution responsibilities are complex and frequently change, the focus will need to rapidly shift to reflect the latest issues, trends, and concerns of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Fraud Governance and Oversight:

  • CFOC Documentation and Archiving:Maintain a comprehensive library of documents and artifacts, meticulously demonstrating all actions and decisions taken by the CFOC.

  • Communication and Follow-up:Ensure timely dissemination of all CFOC materials, distribution lists, action items, and follow-upsthroughclosure.

  • Meeting Coordination and Management:Coordinate and manage the collection of spotlight topics, guest speakers, agenda items, participants, and management of delegates as per the CFOC charter.

  • Cadence and Review:Ensure proper cadence of CFOC meetings and meticulously prepare internal reviews of materials with CFOC sponsors and the working team.

  • Secretariat Delegate:Serve as the Secretariat for meeting minutes, adhering strictly to charter expectations.

  • Decision Tracking:Secure appropriate artifacts to track and document all decisions made by the CFOC.

  • Control Ownership and Performance:Own and perform related controls for CFOC execution, including annual risk reviews, to demonstrate continuous adherence to policy and charter expectations.


II. General Business Execution Support:

  • Operational Efficiency:Support the streamlining of existing business routines, processes, and workflows across the EOSS organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Content and Material Development:Lead efforts in developing, standardizing, and enhancing internal communications, presentations, reports, and other business content, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • EMT-1 Action Items– lead the follow up through closure on EMT action items, requests for materials, and other EMT-1 related forums.

  • Process Improvement Initiatives:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in business execution across EOSS, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ad Hoc Projects:Lead and manage various ad hoc projects as requested by EOSS leadership, contributing to the strategic objectives of the organization.

  • Administrative Needs:Manage other administrative needs as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the EOSS Business Execution function.


Qualifications:

  • Communication Excellence:Consistently demonstrates superior clear, concise, and impactful written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

  • Organizational and Project Management:Demonstratedexcellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and ensure thetimelyand high-quality delivery of results and the effective implementation of initiatives.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholder levels.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving:Proven ability to analyze complex business problems,identifyroot causes, and propose practical, effective solutions.

  • Proactive and Self-Starting:A proactive approach toidentifyingneeds, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, ora relatedfield.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$117,440.00 - $176,160.00
