Team / Role Overview

This is a senior level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring robust test coverage aligned with business requirements.

• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, estimation, project reporting, and traceability from requirements to execution.
• Lead the development and coordinated execution of test cases for both front-end and back-end applications across diverse teams.
• Facilitate and manage the defect resolution process, including identifying, reporting, and escalating issues.
• Define end-to-end business scenarios and data requirements, particularly for End to End (E2E) Testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing procedures, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

What we will need from you

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of business, product, operations, and technology teams.
• Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities, coupled with the ability to influence cross-functional groups.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting test project procedures and implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access Databases).
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, and Zephyr test management tools; understanding of Securities Operations Offerings is a plus.
