Job Overview

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 (Assistant Manager C09) is an intermediate level role for Cross Boarder Fund Transfer Unit (Commercial Remittance).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth transactions of Cross Boarder Fund Transfer (CBFT) operations and prompt client service
• Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place
• Proactively co-ordinate to close any gaps in process
• Ensure all Local Operating Manuals (LOMs) are properly followed and required changes/identified gaps are escalated and resolved
• Ensure timely review of LOM/Product Control Functional Checklist (PCFC) and other activity as applicable    
• Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
• Providing CBFT transaction related advisory support to customer after liaising with Product and Relationship Manager
• Ensure timely FX reporting of CBFT transactions
• Ensure timely reporting as a feeder unit
• Participate in Sanity /UAT Test for CBFT related product processor
• Ensure knowledge sharing initiatives among the team members.
• Ensure coordination and completion of any project/assignment given by management/seniors.
• Ensure audit deliverables on time (Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Audit). 
• Ensure accurate and timely Corrective Action Plan (CAP) deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Banking Diploma
• Completion of Foundation Training with current bank

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

In accordance with the relevant notices and circulars from the Bangladesh Banking Regulation and Policy Department (BRPD), all candidates for this role are required to fulfill all regulatory requirements, including the guidelines related to the banking professional examination and the foundational training.
