Job Overview

The Trans Srvcs Intm Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to support traders, maintain position records, and improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve problems independently and utilize independent judgment to conduct complex analysis of information
• Participate in ad hoc projects including providing informal guidance or training to new team members as directed
• Led the end-to-end transformation and automation of the dispute resolution process, harmonizing operations across HK, SG, and the UAE.
• Drove the automation of account maintenance workflows across HK, SG and UAE, eliminating manual tasks to reduce operational risk and costs.
• Managed strategic initiatives by building cross-functional partnerships, evolving the risk control framework, and reporting on progress to leadership.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a related role
• Have Process Transformation / Strategic Planning / Data Analysis & Reporting related experience
• Fluently read, speak and write in English
• Experience in leading projects / Stakeholder Management is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
