Job Overview

Individuals in Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing are responsible for the assessment of outcomes from activities and processes against conformance with applicable requirements to strengthen risk management quality such as quality testing performed for business function quality control and transformation lead quality control post completion of an activity/process. This includes the development and execution of Monitoring and Testing for controls, such as control design assessment, design of operational effectiveness for monitoring & testing tools, monitoring/testing design assessment, and execution of monitoring/testing tools to assess the effectiveness of key controls designed to address defined risks

Responsibilities

• Some understanding of the Citi Risk & Control framework and the underlying concepts on Risk Management
• Assist in performing the QA, monitoring and testing reviews
• Help to identify any monitoring breaks 
• Works with businesses to coordinate required deliverables • Assist in maintenance of reports for control tracking and analysis
• Additional duties as assigned

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of teams and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment, listen, and work well with others.
• Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and organize information.
• Some experience in policy adherence, control effectiveness, and open communication.
• Collaboration and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills. 
• Problem solving skills ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

Education: 

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades principales

• Ejecutar monitoreos y actividades de testing de controles conforme a la política de Risk Management.

• Participar en revisiones de Quality Assurance (QA), monitoreo y pruebas de controles.

• Apoyar en el seguimiento de controles de extremo a extremo y en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.

• Identificar brechas en los procesos de monitoreo y proponer acciones de mejora.

• Elaborar y mantener reportes para el seguimiento y análisis de controles.

• Colaborar con distintas áreas para identificar riesgos y desarrollar soluciones efectivas.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y regulaciones aplicables, manteniendo altos estándares de control y transparencia.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura concluida (deseable).

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en actividades de testing y/o ejecución de monitoreos de controles.

• Conocimiento de la Política MCA

• Manejo de sistemas ADMWIN - ONDEMAN.

• Habilidad intermedias en Microsoft Excel.

• Atención al detalle y capacidad analítica.

• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno dinámico
