Job Overview
Originar, estructurar, distribuir y ejecutar operaciones de crédito sindicado para clientes corporativos, multinacionales, instituciones financieras y patrocinadores financieros, coordinando la participación de bancos e inversionistas para asegurar soluciones de financiamiento competitivas que satisfagan las necesidades estratégicas de los clientes y cumplan con los objetivos de rentabilidad y riesgo del banco.
Responsabilidades
- Originar oportunidades de financiamiento sindicado con clientes corporativos.
- Estructurar y ejecutar operaciones de crédito sindicado, club deals y financiamientos complejos.
- Coordinar la preparación de term sheets, information memorandums y procesos de due diligence.
- Gestionar la distribución de transacciones con bancos e inversionistas participantes.
- Evaluar riesgos crediticios y colaborar con áreas de Riesgo, Jurídico y Compliance.
- Dar seguimiento a tendencias de mercado, liquidez y condiciones de financiamiento.
Requisitos
- Más de 10 años de experiencia en Loan Syndications, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance o Debt Capital Markets.
- Sólidos conocimientos en crédito corporativo, análisis financiero, modelación financiera y estructuración de deuda.
- Experiencia en negociación y ejecución de transacciones complejas.
- Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas o afines.
- Deseable MBA, CFA, FRM o certificaciones financieras internacionales.
