Job Overview

Job Description:

The Resource will be part of CTS NDC Infra defense team responsible for plan, build, deployment, and maintenance of cyber security tools across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor health and performance of managed cyber security tools on day-to-day basis.

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues on the cyber security tools such as Endpoint detection and response (EDR), Firewall, Zero Trust Architecture, Network access control tools

• Follow Change and Incidents management best practices.

• Participate in cyber security product and operation meeting on regular basis.  

• Send Status reports to all key stakeholders.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience working on Cyber Security and Operation field.

• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security tools and technologies (Endpoint detection and response (EDR), Firewall, Zero Trust Architecture, Network access control tools)

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Must be a self-starter and be able to manage their time against deliverables.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Visio, Word and Excel
