Job Overview
The Data Quality Senior Lead Analyst for the DCRM Independent Review and Report (DCRM iRR) team is accountable for the management and execution of continuous Data Quality standards through an independent review of the DCRM process lifecycles, checking that the controls, and processes of the Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRM) process procedures are adhered. This role oversees the review process, takes accountability of the report to the Lines of Business (LoBs), conduct interactive sessions with the LoBs on the observations and governance process for the observations from the independent reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the assigned reviews with the team on the respective DCRM lifecycle process, i.e., Intake, Root Cause analysis, Impact Assessment, Disposition, etc..
- Manage senior relationships with Data stakeholders to develop, execute, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of the process, checking on the efficacy of the controls, and governance of observation and actions needed by the respective LoBs
- Drive appropriate behavior and discipline of the data teams from the LoBs through the observations, discussions with the Data teams from the LoBs
- Oversee metrics reporting process for the process under review
- Interact with iQA and/ or IA to address CAPs, RBCM, and other any commitments undertaken by the DCRM iRR team
- Lead project management activities and create presentation materials to support senior management strategic vision
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred
- Experience with the DCRM process and procedures, and CDGP.
- Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
- Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
- Organizational savvy: understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.

- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
