Job Summary
The Process Reengineering Lead is a strategic transformation role responsible for driving process reengineering, automation, and simplification initiatives across the end-to-end Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TPLM) framework, including Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process transformation, leveraging data analytics, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process engineering techniques to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce risk, enhance stakeholder experience, and accelerate process cycle times.
Leads and participates in high-priority enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing third-party management processes, partnering with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, procurement, and shared service teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable process improvements.
Supports the design and implementation of future-state operating models, process standardization, automation solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives that align with business objectives and global standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead strategic process transformation, reengineering, and automation initiatives across Third-Party Lifecycle Management processes.
Utilize data analytics and process assessments to identify inefficiencies, prioritize opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable process and control improvements.
Develop future-state process designs, process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans.
Identify and execute automation and digitization opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
Ensure process changes align with governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive alignment and adoption.
Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on process optimization opportunities and transformation priorities.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
Preferred Experience: 8+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Procurement Operations, Third-Party Management, Shared Services, or related functions
Knowledge / Experience
Proven experience leading business process transformation and reengineering initiatives.
Strong understanding of Third-Party Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or related operational processes.
Experience applying Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive decision-making and process optimization.
Knowledge of process automation, workflow tools, and digital transformation practices.
Experience working across global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
