Citi’s Human Resources (HR) team helps Citi to attract, retain and develop our employees across the globe.  The team does this through supporting key areas including recruiting, diversity, global learning and talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations.

Our Citi Early Career team are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Early Career, Campus Recruiter - to join our team.   

The Early Career Campus Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process and onboarding for Early Career Programs. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. The Early Career, Campus Recruiter directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of various graduate programs. This role will support the campus recruiting and program management deliverables for our Operations & Technology business groups.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Support the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the Apprenticeship programs

  • Provide administrative support to Early Career Apprenticeship processes including recruitment trackers, payments, etc

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and selection criteria. Provide regular updates and recruitment MI (management information) to key stakeholders

  • Screen applications, plan interviews, and coordinate assessment center’s, Ensure all recruitment activity complies with apprenticeship act and eligibility requirements

  • Plan and execute all on-campus and in-house recruitment activities including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews. Track and manage candidate pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status . Produce regular reports on apprenticeship hiring progress against headcount targets

  • Produce candidate MI/statistics for both the business and Early careers colleagues

  • Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey

  • Be involved with wider Early Career projects and initiatives, Coordinate pre-employment checks (right to work, references, where applicable)

  • Ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to and candidates are hired and on boarded seamlessly

  • Support Apprenticeship activities such as onboarding, offboarding, surveys etc

  • Manage the pipeline of the campus candidates and assure keep warm activities are implemented in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 4+ year’s recruitment experience required ideally within Early careers, apprenticeships, a graduate recruitment function or agency with exposure to volume hiring

  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end apprenticeship recruitment campaigns, Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, policies, and eligibility criteria

  • Understanding of banking industry and culture will be advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, experience in managing multiple projects

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
