Job Overview
We are seeking a visionary and transformative leader to spearhead our AI-driven automation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a world-class team of analytics, data, and AI professionals dedicated to revolutionizing our Control Monitoring and Testing processes.
Your Role and Impact
As a leader, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to automate manual processes and unlock new levels of efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a thought leader, a technical expert, a people manager, and a key partner to senior stakeholders across the organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive significant productivity gains, foster a culture of innovation, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Strategy
- Shape the Future: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to automate and optimize monitoring and testing processes.
- Drive Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of emerging technologies and identify new opportunities to apply them to our business challenges.
- Champion a Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on all matters related to AI and automation.
Technical Acumen & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee Flawless Execution: Ensure the successful delivery of all automation and analytics projects, from conception to implementation.
- Uphold the Highest Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for quality, control, and oversight across all project deliverables.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Leverage your deep technical expertise to guide your team in the development of robust, scalable, and secure automation solutions.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of your team's work and demonstrate the value of your initiatives.
People & Talent Management
- Build a World-Class Team: Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team of analytics, data, and AI professionals.
- Mentor and Empower: Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to help your team members grow and thrive.
- Foster a Collaborative Environment: Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the COO function and across the organization.
- Drive Alignment: Work closely with CTU teams to understand their needs, prioritize automation opportunities, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate with Impact: Clearly and effectively communicate your team's vision, progress, and results to a wide range of audiences.
- Be a Catalyst for Change: Influence and inspire others to embrace new technologies and new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the fields of analytics, data science, or AI.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data architecture principles.
- Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
