Team/Role Overview

The Inter-Affiliate Support Team handles various third party risk management related activities for our internal third parties. The team collaborates with both local and global teams to make sure that each of the Third Party Relationships under the Service Provider are being appropriately onboarded and then monitored in compliance with Citi’s Third Party Management Policy and all the applicable regulations.

What you’ll do

• Policy Adherence: Support HR businesses in adhering to Citi's Third Party Management (TPM) policies and standards for Inter-affiliates.
• Risk Mitigation: Provide guidance on internal third-party risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with TPM policy requirements.
• Lifecycle Management: Support the assessment and gap closure throughout the ICSA (Intra Citi-Service Agreement) lifecycle, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Technology Adoption: Promote the adoption and consistent use of TPM technologies and processes.
• SME Support: Serve as a TPM subject matter expert, providing guidance on risk assessments and other related topics.
• Operational Support: Support day-to-day operations, including new service requests, ICSA establishment, due diligence with Service Provider/Service Recipient attestations as required,
• Ad Hoc Support: Address ad-hoc requests related to supplier risks, reporting, documentation, and guidance on ICSA lifecycle requirements
• Build trusted internal and external customer relationships

What we’ll need from you

• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Third Party Operational Risk
• University/College degree
• Excellent verbal and written English, additional language capabilities a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word.
• Minimum 1 year of Operational Experience including delivering in a high-volume, goal-based production/operations-based environment
