Job Overview

We are looking for a IT Project Quality Senior Analyst to our dynamically growing PMO team in Budapest.

The Spot Check Team sits within the Technology division as part of the Organization Project Management Office.  

The role is responsible for:

  • Reviewing the the Project Manager adherence to the Technology Book of Work.

  • Ensuring that work efforts and Business Critical Milestones are scoped and reviewed on a quarterly basis in the Project Tracking System.

  • Continuous improvement of the Spot Check Tools, procedural updates and the Spot Check framework and knowledge sharing with the Project Management Community are key areas of focus.


What you will do:

  • Identifying key quality and control risks in work efforts that impact application reliability, stability and availability through efficient, effective and accurate control and quality focused inspections.

  • Providing technology managers with ongoing monitoring of the compliance and quality status of their key projects and programs.

  • Collaborating technology teams with quantitative measures as well as qualitative observations and recommendations on major themes and trends related to process adherence.

  • Supporting the annual SDLC standards authoring cycle, ensuring clear communication of changes to standards and tool set is delivered to clients.

  • Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the team’s toolset, including Database and dashboard solutions.

  • Liaising with specific technology management organization highlighting areas of risk and solutions to mitigate that risk.

Ideal profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT project management, or leadership role.

  • Solid technical work experience ideally within a QA process background.

  • Experience in managing processes and influencing stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements.

  • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring of team members.

  • Experience of application of process improvement tools and techniques.

  • Ability to resolve issues with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
