Job Overview
Job Background/context:
The Liquidity Management Service range of products offered by Citi assist clients to manage their income as efficiently as possible by providing general treasury management services like cash concentration, pooling and investments.
LMS broadly offer these services:
1 – Concentration Services - servicing all concentration services and balance optimization functions, i.e. X-Border, Domestic & Multi Bank Sweeps intraday and end of day
2 – Pooling Services - servicing multi-currency notional pooling
3 - Interest calculations and reallocation services
4 – Investment Options - servicing all investment services, i.e. Money Market placements, Time deposits, Investment sweeps
We are looking for an individual who has curiosity, drive, strong communication skills and the ability to execute and coordinate operational activities being a senior member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of internal and external client queries
- Supports transactional processing
- Proactively identify client issues and solutions
- Review interest conditions on active accounts for troubleshooting
- Identify, analyze and resolve the re-calculation of interest accruals, reconciliation discrepancies and/or sweeps failures
- Point person for the transition, alignment, and stabilization efforts of critical operations functions, especially during service disruptions
- Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and projects
- Provide coverage and leadership across all our internal partners, Products, Client Services, Electronic Channels, Client Delivery, Implementations, Technology and Support areas
- Participate and support resolution of system outages engaging with all relevant partners such Tech, Product and Client Service teams to mitigate client impact
- Review internal processes, procedures and client issues and provide insights and potential recommendations
- Assist in the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly department reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other relevant discipline
- Treasury, Investments or Cash Management knowledge desirable
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
