Job Description: Senior Vice President, AI Product Management

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and visionary SVP, AI Product Management to lead a strategic portfolio of AI products at the heart of our company's AI transformation. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining, building, and scaling a next-generation Agentic AI Platform as a core component of this portfolio.

The objective is to create a foundational platform designed to significantly enhance how our business operates by automating and augmenting complex workflows in areas like reporting, business analysis, and data science. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of applied AI within a complex, global organization by delivering transformative, enterprise-grade AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Vision & Strategic Leadership

  • Define and own the comprehensive product vision and multi-year strategy for a portfolio of AI products, centered around a core Agentic AI Platform.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that balances foundational platform capabilities with the delivery of specific agent-based solutions.
  • Conduct deep analysis of internal business units to identify high-impact use cases and build a pipeline of future enterprise adopters for the platform.
  • Create and curate core platform assets—including AI Playbooks, reusable agent templates, architectural design patterns, and central knowledge repository—to accelerate adoption and ensure consistent application of best practices

Product Execution & AI Service Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deep user research and problem framing with business stakeholders to defining detailed requirements for the platform and its agents.
  • Partner intimately with AI Engineering leadership to define the platform's technical architecture, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and secure for a highly regulated environment.
  • Establish a framework for the rapid development, testing, and deployment of new AI agents at scale, enabling the platform to quickly address new business needs.
  • Define and own the platform's KPIs, focusing on user adoption, productivity gains, task automation rates, and overall business value delivered.

Adoption, Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Champion the adoption of the platform and its AI-led processes, acting as the primary evangelist to senior leadership across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for onboarding new teams and business units.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Risk, Compliance ,Technology to establish a scalable governance framework for the platform, addressing ethics, bias, and fairness from day one.
  • Drive accountability for adoption and productivity goals, using data to measure impact and inform the future direction of the platform.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in product management focused on building and launching enterprise-level platforms, data products, or AI/ML solutions.
  • A proven track record of defining and launching successful 0-to-1 platforms and scaling them within a large, complex enterprise.
  • Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the underlying LLM technologies required to build sophisticated agents.
  • Exceptional ability to navigate a large organization and influence senior stakeholders across different business units and control functions (Risk, Legal, Compliance).
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges of building, deploying, and governing AI in a highly regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Direct experience building a AI platform or a similar system for creating and managing AI agents at scale.
  • Background in enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or data science platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Operations, Risk, or Finance domains.
  • AI-related publications or demonstrated thought leadership in the industry.
