- Data Governance & BCBS 239: Drive BCBS 239 risk data aggregation principles across reporting streams, ensuring data quality, lineage, and robust control frameworks.
- AI & Automation: Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize data flows, streamline risk calculation pipelines, and eliminate manual processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior risk managers, business heads, technology teams, and internal audit.

- Guide and mentor junior analysts, championing analytical best practices and continuous process improvement.

- Project & Portfolio Management: Proven track record of leading complex data/risk projects and managing multiple concurrent work streams from conception to delivery.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data modelling; experience with Python/R and AI/ML workflows is an advantage.
- Regulatory Frameworks: Strong understanding of BCBS 239, operational risk frameworks, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Data Management: In-depth knowledge of database architectures, ETL pipelines, data quality controls, and data governance.
Soft Skills & Competencies

- High analytical and problem-solving aptitude with ability to translate complex data into actionable risk insights.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
