Citi’s Human Resources (HR) team helps Citi to attract, retain and develop our employees across the globe. The team does this through supporting key areas including recruiting, diversity, global learning and talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as HR & Benefits Operations Support Analyst.
The role involves responsibility for the administration and operation of employee benefits and pension programs, with a focus on accurate and efficient execution throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The position holder will lead administrative and operational processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and a systemic approach to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
Benefit Program Administration: Support the administration of country-specific benefits and pension programs, ensuring accurate execution of eligibility, enrollment, maintenance, reporting, and termination activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate regulatory and statutory processes related to employee benefits, workforce administration, and employment-related obligations, ensuring compliance with local legislation, internal policies, and control requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding administration, documentation management, data maintenance, and coordination of benefit-related actions across multiple stakeholders.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, regulatory bodies, HR teams, and business partners, to ensure timely service delivery, issue resolution, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Data and Documentation Management: Maintain and oversee employee records, documentation, and data management activities in accordance with data privacy requirements, record retention standards, and corporate governance guidelines.
HR Systems: Support the administration, governance, and continuous enhancement of HR and workforce management systems, ensuring data quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to established controls.
Reporting: Produce and maintain operational, regulatory, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Governance, Audit, and Control: Support governance, audit, risk, and control activities by maintaining appropriate documentation, monitoring compliance requirements, identifying process improvements, and assisting with remediation efforts where required.
Process Improvement: Participate in local, regional, and global initiatives focused on process standardization, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement within HR Operations and Benefits Administration.
Broad Operational Support: Provide operational support across broader HR administration activities, including workforce documentation, employee records management, vendor oversight, and country-specific employment processes.
Required Skills/Experience
Previous relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
