Job Overview

Join Citi's Transaction Services team as a Cash and Trade Processing Representative, where you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely processing of domestic payments, remittances, and trade transactions. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a meaningful career in financial operations at one of the world's leading global banks, working within a team that supports critical cash management and payment functions.

Responsibilities

• Process interbank remittances and domestic payment and return payment transactions accurately and within required timelines.
• Handle tax payment processing and ensure all transactions comply with applicable procedures and controls.
• Coordinate cash management activities including check processing, return items, and lockbox operations to support daily transaction flow.
• Resolve pending items and conduct offline investigations to address customer and non-customer service inquiries effectively.
• Perform sanction screening disposition and apply required compliance checks to minimize operational risk and financial exposure.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production testing cycles, providing structured feedback on outcomes and project-related activities.
• Assist management with administrative functions and contribute to operational project needs as required by the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in cash management processing, payment operations, or transaction services.
• Ability to process interbank remittances, domestic payments, and financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including strong data entry skills to support high-volume processing environments.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to manage inquiries and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and perform consistently under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
• Chinese typing and English typing proficiency at a minimum of 45 characters per minute.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance controls, sanction screening processes, or regulatory requirements within a financial services environment.
• Prior exposure to UAT or production testing cycles within an operations or banking context.
• Experience supporting management with administrative or coordination functions within a team-based environment.

• 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程式，並具備良好的資料輸入技能，能應對高量處理環境。
• 具備清晰有效的中英文口頭及書面溝通能力，能處理查詢並跨團隊協調。
• 能夠獨立工作，在高壓及時限緊迫的環境下保持穩定表現。
• 中文及英文打字速度達每分鐘最少45個字元。
• 具備學士學位或同等實務經驗。

加分資歷及技能

• 熟悉金融服務環境中的合規管控、制裁篩查流程或監管要求。
• 曾參與運營或銀行業務背景下的UAT或生產環境測試週期。
• 具備在團隊環境中協助管理層處理行政或協調職能的相關經驗。
