Control Automation Teamautomatesmanualcontrolsthrough data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniquesin collaboration withBusiness, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policybreachesand providing data evidence for audit completion.

ExpertiseRequired:

Analytical Skills

• End-End Automation,Data analysis & Data Quality

• Generate actionable Business Insights

• Coming up withautomated Techniques to removemanual touch points

Tools and Platforms

• Basic- IntermediateinSAS, SQL, Tableau

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, andJIRA/Confluenceand Workflow Management

Nice to have– Experience one of the belowtechnologies.

• SAS on Mainframe

• Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence,Bitbucket,etc.

Domain Skills

Good understanding of

• BankingProducts(Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional Skills

Nice to have- Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information technology/ Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineeringfrom a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.

• (Preferred)Postgraduatein –Masters in computers

• 0-3years of experience inDevelopment/Production Support–identifyingproduction failures and fixing issues towards resolutioninvolvingcodes inSAS&SQL environment
