Job Overview
The Change Analyst will handle changes implemented to the global production environments for all the Operations and Technology streams in Citi. The main objective of the role is to ensure overall change quality and effectiveness including proper scheduling, level of approval and risk/impact assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and timely review of change records in accordance with established policies and standards
- Support the execution of Change Freezes
- Ensure Post Implementation Review is followed for applicable change records
- Prepare for and attend sector/regional Change Advisory Boards (CABs) where required
- Participate and support any process and toolset improvement activities both regionally and globally and contribute to UAT testing and post implementation support when required
- Providing mentorship and training on service management toolsets and policies to the change management users community
- Handling user requests and queries on the change process via email and ticketing systems
Skills/Qualifications:
- ITIL awareness, certification will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Preferably 2+ years of working experience in complex IT environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
- Experience in the use of ServiceNow or any similar ITSM tool an asset
