Team Manager in Trustee Change Team (Hybrid)
What you will do:
- Managing medium size team, motivating, coaching and developing employees;
- Coordination of work allocation in the team ensuring timely delivery of business support and projects in the team;
- Driving and delivering of business analysis, STP improvements initiatives across the regions;
- Driving standardization and building long short and long term plans for improvements;
- Coordination of all preparations & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
- Leadership in support of the business with unusual/non-standard situations demanding broad operational knowledge and experience;
- Leadership in analysis, identification and reporting of gaps and risks within the processes;
- Active cooperation with the internal partners and external clients with regards to the business support and project.
What we'll need from you:
- Experience in managing business analysts, developers, system maintenance team or experience in delegating and coordinating daily tasks in the same background team is a must;
- Min. 4 years of the experience in business analysis role (business support function, process modelling & automation) is a must;
- Advanced level of English language;
- Experience with business process mapping, writing the business requirements, UAT/PVT tests and technology projects;
- Previous experience in MIG, CRIMS, RPA, ETL, Appian, Xceptor will be a strong advantage;
- Expert in VBA EXCEL, VBA MS ACCESS, SQL, C#,VB.Net, Alternatively expert in currently utilized ETL and in SQL will be advantage;
- Strong leadership in constructive debate with regards to processes improvements.
