Team/Role overview:

The successful Candidate will join the HR Benefits Team in Warsaw. This is a junior/entry-level position that requires basic knowledge of HR processes and some experience in a similar role within HR analytics or administration. The Incumbent will be responsible for providing operations support services for employee Benefits programs.

What you'll do:

  • Conducts routine operational or administrative work. Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures such as invoicing, employee data updates, report preparation and data reconciliation.

  • Generates and reviews Benefits related reports from internal systems and vendors.

  • Keeps internal procedures updated as well as identifies process gaps formulating recommendations on procedures or practices.

  • Interprets data and makes recommendations.

  • Contributes to execute the firm's reward strategy

  • Manages day-to-day communication with employees and vendors in matters related to operational activities.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,

What we'll need from you:

  • At least 1 year of work experience within Human Resources, Operations or other highly administrative role preferred.

  • Some experience in data analysis preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Polish language knowledge at min. B2 level.

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
