What We Do:

Middle Office Trade Processing is processing Capital Markets transactions – placing orders, confirming and settling trades, processing Voluntary Corporate Actions. The scope of instruments we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia).

Static Data Specialist is an entry level position responsible for providing operational support to Middle Office internal and external clients, with providing system setups of trades in Citi Systems. It includes: Fund Launches, creating and monitoring SSI and BDI setups, creating internal and external reports. This position’s responsibilities involve multiple parties communication (via phone, email or personally) in order to investigate incoming queries and to monitor trade execution.

What Will You Do?

• Provide an operational support to MO Clients by Creating and maintaining Static Data for their funds, counterparties etc. in order to assure a smooth settlement of the trades.

• Prepare parametrization of the daily and weekly/monthly reports

• Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders like: Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams etc.

• Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems and failed trades management

• Assist Team Manager/Supervisor in all their duties as required

What We'll Need From You

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Computer literate (especially in the use of MS Outlook, Excel and SQL), willing to learn, and to gain the experience in financial world.

• Requires good English

• You are not afraid to work under pressure meeting deadlines.

• A degree is desired but not critical, as a degree will never replace ambition and hard work. Willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn.
