Responsibilities:

• Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering documentation and consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
• Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations;
• Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas;
• Formulate analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects;
• Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
• Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk;
• Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and internal approvals for the project are obtained;
• Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations.

Key skills and experience:

• Experience in business analyses, writing business requirements and process mapping;
• Experience in UAT test and tests scenarios writing;
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines;
• Ability to work on own or part of a team;
• Ability to multitask with great organizational skills;
• Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders;
• Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries.
