Job Overview

We're looking for a sharp and experienced Liquidity Risk Manager to join our team!

In this Vice President level role, you'll be a key player in our second line of defence, providing expert oversight of our global liquidity risk framework.

You will have a unique opportunity to challenge and enhance our processes, interact with senior leaders, and make a tangible impact on how we manage risk across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently review and assess our liquidity risk management processes to ensure they are robust and effective.

  • Provide an expert "second line" challenge to our current liquidity management practices, from intraday cash flow to funding plans.

  • Help shape and improve our global liquidity risk governance framework, making sure we stay ahead of regulatory changes.

  • Collaborate on developing and refining our key liquidity risk policies and procedures.

  • Analyze liquidity data and produce clear, insightful reports and presentations.

  • Present your analysis and findings to senior management and regulators.

  • Partner with Treasury, Risk, and business teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to manage liquidity risk.

  • Monitor the firm’s liquidity limits and triggers, and report on any breaches.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance, or a treasury front office role.

  • Strong expertise in liquidity risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • A proactive and collaborative spirit, with the confidence to challenge the status quo.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior leaders across different regions.

  • Experience partnering with technology teams on projects or process improvements is highly desirable.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
