Job Overview

KYC Operational Excellence & Performance Lead is a senior-level position responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement through data analysis, process optimization, and performance management. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance business performance, productivity, and decision-making for KYC (Know Your Client) improvement program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Performance Reporting and KPI Management
• Experience in Data analysis and Creating Performance Dashboards
• Familiarity with Process Lifecycle Management and Automation
• Experience with Workforce Planning and Capacity Modeling
• Evaluating Performance of internal teams to ensure that Internal KPIs are met
• Extensive Senior Operations Management experience
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of banking experience
• Advanced Excel skills (dashboarding, automation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Good Communication Skills and Proactive Approach
• Experience in KYC Process as an asset
• Master's degree preferred
