Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirement into software design artifacts

• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges at appropriate time to address project delivery risks

• Follow industry wide best practices to minimize technical debt of software deliverables

• Monitor and control all phases of development proces

• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement

• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes

What we’ll need from you:

• 5 years of previous experience (preferably in Financial Service industry)

• Previous experience with Java and/or Angular

• Nice to have: previous experience with Spring, Kafka and MongoDB

• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications

• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, document specs, and possess strong communication skills
