The Fiduciary & Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metric & reporting across Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary Management Information, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyse Fiduciary metrics across Services
- Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders.
- Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation.
- Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 2 -4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in securities services operations:
- collateral management or regulatory reporting
- fiduciary services
- securities or custody
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Good time management, ability to work with strict deadlines
- Fluency in English as you will be part of a global team
- Excel knowledge on an intermediate level
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
