Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan instructions and execute associated tasks.
• Independently resolve process-related issues and respond to queries from business partners.
• Identify and report process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps, leading mitigation efforts.
• Maintain manuals documentation in adherence to Citi standards.
• Participate in audits, business meetings, and conference calls.
• Lead and participate in projects focused on process improvements and changes.
• Ensure adherence to quality controls, assurance standards, and agreed turnaround times.
• Review, investigate, and enhance data pertaining to loans and related processes.
• Generate and report key metrics, including functional dashboards, issue trackers, and change management updates.
• Escalate identified discrepancies in end-to-end loan processes, conducting root cause analysis and assessing bank/client impact.
• Communicate operational changes stemming from remediation or process/control enhancements to relevant Operations & Technology teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or University degree (preferable in Business, Accounting, or Finance)
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Demonstrates a good client's service attitude
• English proficiency both written and verbal communication
• Strong time management skills and the ability to plan & organize to meet set targets
